XF runs locally on Windows. A GPU is recommended for reasonable generation speed; it will run on CPU but slower.
Not directly. XF needs to be installed and running on a Windows computer first - from there, you can reach it from your phone by remoting into that computer (e.g. Remote Desktop), not by installing XF on the phone itself.
