Please review this policy before purchasing.

Thank you for choosing skysxnarrative. By purchasing any digital product, supplier list, template, Discord membership, guide, or service from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS

Due to the immediate, irreversible access provided for digital goods, all purchases made on skysxnarrative are final and non-refundable.

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Supplier Lists

  • Digital Guides (PDF, Notion, Google Docs, etc.)

  • Templates, Databases, Excel Sheets

  • Courses or Educational Content

  • Discord Community Access or Membership

  • Digital Resources or Tools

  • Future digital items we may introduce

Once the product is delivered, access is granted, or a download link is sent, the sale cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Our system automatically records:

  • Timestamp of purchase

  • Email used

  • File delivered

  • Download/access logs

  • Membership activation (if applicable)

If a customer claims they did not receive the product, we will re-send the files or restore access but refunds will not be issued.

3. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Filing a false, fraudulent, or invalid chargeback after receiving a digital product is considered digital theft.

If a chargeback is attempted after delivery, skysxnarrative will provide the payment processor with:

  • Delivery logs

  • Access logs

  • IP addresses associated with download

  • Discord activation proof (if applicable)

  • Proof of terms acceptance at checkout

If the dispute is found to be abusive or fraudulent, skysxnarrative reserves the right to:

  • Permanently ban the customer

  • Revoke all current and future access

  • Report the incident to payment processors

  • Pursue recovery of lost funds where applicable

4. DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact support within 24 hours with proof.
We may issue store credit at our discretion.
Refunds still do not apply.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & DISCORD ACCESS

For premium Discord or subscription-based services (if applicable):

  • Payments are non-refundable, including unused time.

  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing, not past charges.

  • Violations of server rules or removal for misconduct does not qualify for refunds.

6. WRONG PRODUCT PURCHASED

If you buy the wrong product, we can exchange it for another digital item of equal value only if you have not accessed or downloaded the original product.

If access or download has occurred no exchanges or refunds.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSORS USED

skysxnarrative currently uses:

  • Shopify Payments

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

We may add additional processors in the future.
Each processor's own policies do not override this Refund Policy.

8. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience problems downloading or accessing your purchase, contact support at:
support@skysxnarrative.com

We will help you regain access but cannot issue refunds for technical errors outside our control such as:

  • Device incompatibility

  • Internet issues

  • Email filtering

  • Mis-typed info during checkout

9. FRAUD PREVENTION

For security, purchases may be manually reviewed. If an order triggers fraud filters, we may:

  • Request verification

  • Decline or cancel the order

  • Revoke access if fraudulent activity is detected

If the order is canceled before delivery, you may receive a refund.
Once delivery occurs, policy applies: no refunds.

10. AGREEMENT

By purchasing from skysxnarrative, you agree that:

  • You fully understand what you are buying

  • You accept this Refund Policy

  • You waive any right to chargebacks except in cases of unauthorized payment

  • You acknowledge that all digital product sales are final
